"Several things. When I filled in my mailing address and provided the proper Zip code, the software changed my city to an incorrect city. After trying several times I gave up, completed my ordered and then emailed customer service. The person I talked to said she would change the order to reflect the proper city and that the order would be going out that day. The order did not go out that day. Days later, I called customer service and was informed the item would be shipped that day and that the proper city would be used. I find the items have been shipped ... and as you may have guessed ... shipped to the wrong city. What ever database Unique Photo uses for their zip code/city match up is incorrect. It contains errors. Knowledge about shipment dates seems to be "iffy." Now I will see if the shipment arrives given the incorrect city on the shipping label."
