"Quite upset. I ordered a GoPro from Unique Photo on Dec 11 (plenty of time to receive item before Christmas). I waited...and waited...finally attempted to email them requesting an approximate ship date, especially since the item was IN STOCK when I ordered it. I called today, Dec 19, and discovered that the item was actually OUT OF STOCK. I never received an email letting me know it was out of stock, no contact AT ALL from Unique Photo. After all the positive reviews I read, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. On a side note, I found my item for a lower price at another retail online store, & they're shipping it to me for free 2-day so it gets here on time. Now THAT'S customer service. Learn from them, Unique Photo. "
"I ordered a Canon camera from Unique Photo on line. They called within 24 hours of my order to verify some shipping information, said the camera would arrive on Friday or Monday. It arrived on Monday and the order was exactly what I ordered. It was nice to have them actually call to verify the information.

"Shipped only one of the two items I ordered, charged for both, and no one I spoke to (3 calls, 2 chats and 3 emails) have any clue why my second item is not shipped. They all tell "will ship today," the item is in stock as per them and web, a week has passed, no shipping. Going to dispute credit card charge. For a $70 item, they are giving me runaround and terrible customer service experience. In past, I got Sigma lenses, Fuji camera and lenses, and there was no issue. Since then, they opened another store, expanded classes related activities, and things/customer service seem to have gone worse."

"The event and the seminars were helpful. The Nikon seminar could have used more time (it was 1 hour probably could have been 1.5 hours) since he pretty much ran through the info quickly. Luckily, I had learned a lot of the info via the Nikon web site when I purchased the camera.
We arrived at 10:30 AM and the parking was fine (the parking attendant did a good job and was very helpful) but I could see if the event expands or becomes busier parking could become an issue. Otherwise, the event was helpful and informative and I liked the store, which was very busy - which for a business is a good thing."
