Please pass on these "kudos" to not only these two staff members but let everyone know that the work they are doing is and has been recognized. I don't mind saying that I am no longer a Guitar Center Customer since coming across Uniquesquared. I don't mind waiting for my shipment to arrive because I know I am getting a great buy fans value or my money.

Let's face it, when I make a mistake, I don't really get upset at myself and chew myself out. Like you, I give myself another chance among many chances previously. So I contacted Uniquesquared to alert them of my issue and also to give them a chance to correct it. They made it right and not only that, the staff was professional. More than I can say about Guitar Center. Keep up the good work Uniquesquared.

"I purchased a digital piano from Unique Squared and it turned out to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have had on the Internet. The piano, a very large and expensive item, was shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately when I set it up, there was an issue with the damper pedal. It didn't work properly. I initially contacted the manufacturer thinking they would be more likely to help me than the seller but they were not helpful and ultimately referred me to the seller.
