"Usually when I try to connect with a business through either their contact form or email address, I'm lucky if I hear back and certainly fortunate if it's within 48hrs. I saw UniqueSquared had exactly what I wanted so I reached to them for additional information and price confirmation. I'm guessing here, but I would say they got back to me within 15 minutes. AWESOME. I had touched base with them in the past about another product and they were quick to respond then as well. I absolutely will come back to them again. Oh, and the shipping was quick as well."

"This is the first time I ordered a gear from Unique Squared. They are reliable and their service was very good. I ordered a Tascam 1800 and it was shipped very fast and its quality is very good. "Unique Squared (UnSq) has kept alive what true customer service is about, and then some. Unlike the restrictive and fictional anglo-hindi customer services that many large companies have endorsed just to appease a customer wanting to vent/speak to a live person, UnSq has experienced/trained operators who not only speak English, but also have the leverage to weigh circumstances and give customer satisfaction. UnSq has been sensitive and understanding of my requests and needs in the past; more recently, representative/agent Hill Peterson epitomizes what we are all longing for in Customer Service and satisfaction when he resolved a shipping issue for me.
I am sure to purchase more products through UnSq, for not only do I get a great product, but answers to my issues that are thought out, weighed, and replied sincerely with no script like diction.

"I recently purchased a Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 Audio Interface from Unique Squared. They had the best price and the item arrived early. When I was trying to pay online I kept running into errors. Their tech support were very friendly and seemed interested in resolving my issue. Through many communications they were always prompt with there responses. turns out I just had an outdated web browser. Ooops. Anyways products are products it is the service that counts. "I was just mentioning over dinner tonight that one of the best things to ease my son into the world of DJ'ing was to hook up with Unique Squared out of Atlanta. Did I say Atlanta? We are in Canada...what the heck would possess us to deal with a company in Atlanta? EASY..they are the BEST AT WHAT THEY DO and they have a team to support the success story.
Ariff was one of the first to meet and even on our second purchase he was their from DAY ONE. AJ was the other..and again...a super fit for all our tech answers. DJ MAGNO...yet another key link in the DS squad. We love this company...so ya...Atlanta it MUST BE....from Canada...Frank Mazzuca

"Basically my transaction started off as a regular eBay purchase, they had the best possible price on an M-Box/Pro Tools bundle with shipping to Australia. This went smoothly, but a couple of months later my M-Box broke down, i did not find Avid's support system to be any help and was shocked to see you have to PAY for customer service....I then emailed unique squared who were willing to provide a full replacement which was a huge relief. They were also patient through email issues on my part and stuck with the transaction to the very end. Highly reccomended to anyone considering purchasing from them."

"I ordered a pair of refurbished studio headphones from Unique Squared. The price was quite fair and the item's condition was supposed to be pretty good so I went ahead and placed the order.

My country's customs though for some reason tend to overtax professional studio equipment, so I thought I'd give it a shot and send Unique Squared a message asking if they could maybe declare a lower value, especially since it's a refurbished item.

Well guess what, they replied telling me that they have already declared 1/3 the price (they do this for international orders), so I need not worry. Not only this, but they also said that they're sending me a BRAND NEW item. They ran out of refurbished ones and decided to honor the lower price I already payed and send me a new item.

The item arrived quickly. It was 100% genuine, very well packaged, warranty included, and indeed brand new!

What can I say... I couldn't be a happier customer! I am definitely using this store again.
