"Absolute SCAM artist!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT throw your money away dealing (dealing...HA!) with this lame excuse of a company. They seem to be getting away with MANY horrible transacation (or in MY case...lack of a finished trasaction). As with MANY other displeased consumers, I paid and did NOT get my items. I have noticed many otrhers who have written clainms against these scammers. BE WARNED and BEWARE!!!"

"This company are untrusted dealers. I bought a used printer through E Bay in December 18, 2009. Today March 31, 2010 the item has not arrived. They continued buying time for not complying through lines such as: give your address again, check the post office, we will sent another one. I filled a complain with E Bay and the Houston, Texas Better Business Bureau. I will file another complain with any small court I may find and any lawyer who may want to take my case soon. This company do not know with whom they are messing around. With my determination this company is going to respect us buyers. We all should go to courts as a class citizen claim, lets get together against these companies. "

"Not to thrilled with this company so far. They state shipping of item within 24 hrs. I order on Monday and got a usps email on Friday that they were to expect a package from this company. I just hope it is actually going to ship. Sent and email to ****@**** so will wait and see if I get a reply.

Update: Did not get an email reply but did get the calculator as described 1 week after ordering. Did not ship within 24hs as stated.

"I bought a used calculator, and the money was paid through Paypal.
Then sent a couple of emails asking for the expected shipping date, with no reply.
Then lodged a complaint with Paypal.
In my case the money has now been refunded.
This review site has been a great comfort in the matter.

"I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I purchased from usedcalculators.com! What a waste of time and money! He never answers e-mails and gives you a line of crap when you call him! I'm still waiting for my replacement calculator, I originally bought in December.

"The following concerns UsedCalculators.com and Mare Quiroz... We purchased from his site using PayPal on Nov 26th 2007. He misrepresented that it had been mailed when I spoke with him Nov 29th 2007. He cited the USPS tracking # as simply a confirmation of delivery. After following up on the USPS tracking # it was clear he had not even put the item in the mail. We ordered a TI-84 plus Silver Edition. After a another email or two this was his reply:

OK, this is the thing with the new 84 silvers. I am out of the retail packs. I only have the teacher packs. they are 100% BRAND NEW, just no packaging. I do have the 84 plus regular in retail packs. Those are $9 less than the Silvers. If you don't have a problem with the silver not being selaed. I'll send it on. Most people don't mind, but some are pretty picky. Still have athe 1 year warranty. I filed a claim with PayPal putting in writing what has just recently transpired.. PLEASE READ!!! I already tried to reach a resolution with the seller prior to opening this dispute. The seller indicated that the shipment should arrive by now. I do not believe we will be able to reach an amicable resolution.
FOR ALL OF THE REASONS ABOVE: I EVEN SPOKE WITH HIM AGAIN YESTERDAY AND TOLD HIM I WANTED A REFUND.. HE SAYS HE WILL, BUT HASN'T DONE A THING...

"I ordered a calculator from this company who was paid thru PayPal, changed my mind 1 day after the order was placed, returned the merchandise immediately unopened and never heard anything about my refund after several emails, letters, and attempted phone calls to a phone number that has a voice mailbox that's always full. PayPal was no help. "

"There was no invoice sent with the TI83 that I ordered. I paid via PayPal. The TI83 calculator was defective. I made several attempts to resolve this with the company without any responses. I notified BBB in the Houston area about this. I returned the calculator. Still no response."

"I don't know whether that's the invoice number, but it's the only number I ever got. I ordered a used TI-89 on 1/28/05. On 2/5/05 I emailed the shipping dept. to find out the status, then again on 2/9/05, then I e-mailed customer service on 2/15. At no point did I get an answer. Finally, I told my credit card company to dispute the charge, and on 3/15, I was notified that Paypal had been unable to get enough information from the company to dispute my chargeback. So, no calculator and no contact from the company. It doesn't matter how good a price they may have, if they don't have the product they shouldn't accept your money."
