My great condition phone was in their possession for a month, with multiple unanswered emails asking what was going on only to finally get a response saying my phone was "damaged" and only worth $6 instead of the $60 quoted. I declined their crap offer and fully believe if there is "damage" it is at their hands. I still don't have my phone back. "

"It has been over a month and no response from anybody at usell. I have called their customer service number, left numerous voice messages and email their customer help group...nothing. I gave them an iPhone 7 Plus and was promised $242 for it and instead I am left without a phone and no money. I have told them at this point that I want my phone back and to cancel my order and still nothing. This is BS.

"uSell is a total scam. I sent in my iPad a month ago and am still waiting on payment. I’ve reached out to the “customer service” multiple times with no responses and no progress.
