I reached out to them on your behalf about this and was told that there had been a fraud attempt on their bank account, which caused the problem with your check. She was able to have Guzu reissue your payment along with reimbursement for the fee you incurred. Please understand that in this case, you actually transacted with Guzu once you selected your offer from uSell's marketplace.
