"uSell is a ripoff! Sold phone and was promptly sent a check. The check BOUNCED. When I contacted them I was promised a certified check would be sent out immediately with Tracking. NO CHECK and now they will not respond. They will not even return my phone. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Do NOT USE THEM!"

I'm so very sorry to hear about this! I don't blame you for being upset. I see that you placed an order to sell your iPhone 4S to Guzu and they paid the full quoted amount for it. I reached out to them on your behalf about this and was told that there had been a fraud attempt on their bank account, which caused the problem with your check. However, I do see that you also contacted us for support and our Customer Advocate, Sabrina has been assisting you. She was able to have Guzu reissue your payment along with reimbursement for the fee you incurred. Please understand that in this case, you actually transacted with Guzu once you selected your offer from uSell's marketplace. That being said, we are here for you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction. We will follow up with you via email from Support@usell.com to provide you with the details of your reimbursement. If you have any questions or need further assistance in the meantime, please simply respond to the open support ticket you have with us.
Again, my sincerest apologies for the hassle you experienced as a result of Guzu's bank issue. Thank you for your understanding. I'll make sure this is made right for you!
