"I ordered a XL Twin Sheet Set to use on a hospital bed and received a Full set instead. Have to say the order was delivered quickly! I contacted VIP to arrange an exchange and was told the XL Twin size were not available and was offered a discount to keep the Full set instead. I declined as we don't have any beds that size, and asked for a return label. I was then told I would receive a refund, and the refund was issued within a couple of days. Found their customer service to be top notch! I only gave them 4 stars because the XL Twin size showed available and was on my invoice, then the wrong size was delivered. "
