"There is an annoying error telling me the shipping address is already in use with another account but it never lets me login to the account. If you continue to input your information in the fields it will let you proceed with your order but the red error messages are very misleading. Also when i try to put my password in this review form it says password not valid!
Actually i just found out as I tried to submit this feedback. If you login using the top right login option it WILL let you. Its just when you try using the login feature in the checkout process that does not let you. "
“Thank you for your feedback, We are terribly sorry to hear about the issue. This error usually appears if there are multiple accounts using the same shipping address. In these cases, you can only have one account and have your shipping address registered to only one account. If you have the same shipping address registered to several accounts the site will not let you place the order.
To fix this issue, Please Login into your alternate/secondary accounts and delete the shipping address from there. Once the address is deleted the site will update and you can place an order.
