"I placed an order on Monday 9/6/2011. I attempted to call on Tuesday 9/7/2011 but the call could not go through. There is no phone service. I decided to take my business elsewhere, and emailed a notice of cancellation on Wednedsay 9/8/2011. They promptly responded and apologized for lack of phone service. However, they would charge me shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I changed my mind as I did not want to pay additional charges.

My order did not ship until Friday 9/10/2011 and they updated me with an incorrect tracking number.

"The weapon R intercooler hard pipes where in perfect condidtion when I recieved them and VR speed had the best price I could find on the web. Even shipping was free. However it did take them a week to ship the pipes but once they shipped they arrived within the five days for standard shipping. for free shipping im not complaining though. "
