"My experience with VR Speed factory has been a good one. Tiago was very helpful and always responded to me emails promptly. The product fitment was superb and the packaging was excellent. I only have very minor complaints. It would be nice to see them get a receptionist so you may call instead of email, person to person interaction would be nice. Product availability is a bit off however it was well worth the wait. The only other complaint is the fitment of the J-Pipe for the 16g, The one I received was slightly over sized and did not fit well or bolt on properly without modification. With that said I would definitely recommend VR Speed Factory to my friends and I look forward to working with them in the future."

"I purchased a 1G FMIC. The quality of contruction was excellent. There was slight damage from shipping but is only cosmetic in nature. Even though there are several good resources on line, I would suggest a brief set of instructions. I would also suggest more product description on limitations of factory componets (disclaimer). Such as rerouting of A/C lines if keeping air conditioning and relocation or elimination of the power steering cooler. Overall I am very pleased with the product. Thank you, Steve Doughty"

"I work in the retail business as a sales consultant at a dealership, and I know how difficult it can be to have a successful business. My experience at VR Speed Factory was fantastic. Not only did they have the best price, and located in the same state, but there customer service was outstanding.
I was excited to get my intake, and was a bit pushy, and sent an email to see how things were going. Typically you send an email to check in and follow up and you get a response in a day or two, not in this case. The response time could not have been more than a few hours, and Tiago, was very helpful with all of my questions.
The end result was have a very good experience which will earn more business in the near future. Hopefully this will help people make a decision on where they decide to spend there hard earned money, on high end performance parts. the only issue i had is with the shipment of my order and tracking. After receiving the wrong tracking it took several e-mail without response and opening a case with google paiement to finally get an answer back with the proper tracking.
I almost taught i had been screewed at some point.
but all came back in order and i'm thirred with the new paert on my vehicle. The clutch is working good so far (still need to break it in, but it working fine)."
