"BUYER BEWARE! This company has stolen over $500 from me and will not answer their phone, support tickets, emails, or phone messages for over 2 months. I bought 3 Geffen cables from them totaling $540 in early October, and when they did not work as advertised I requested a return authorization. They sent me one and I returned the cables to their warehouse. I have never been refunded, and have made repeated attempts weekly to call them, email them, send support tickets to them, and since their phone is never answered, I have left repeated voice mails. "I ordered a new computer from Valley Seek. I received it very timely. When I plugged it in I immediately had problems it was not opening programs very fast at all. 20-30 second wait. I proceeded with the updates to windows that kept coming up some would load and others wouldn't. By day 3 no programs would open. I spent an hour on the internet chat with India which is who Acer uses to "help you" wasted my time there when they finally told me it sounds like there are corrupted programs and files. (this had nothing to do with valley seek) The return policy from valley seek says no return on computers unless the company refers them back. So I explained this to the customer service person and gave them my ticket number and they responded quickly and allowed me to return it which I did today. I have no issues with valley seek and would recommend them to anyone. I was nervous they were not going to allow me to refund the purchase and I would be stuck with a 3 day old computer that didn't work. I'm thankful for their understanding and great customer service. I will definately buy from them in the future! "

"Not very impressed. I had been doing some Google Assisted shopping & found a pretty nice price on an Asus Docking Keyboard (TF700T-DOCK). Not the absolute cheapest, but pretty good AND they had a good amount of positive reviews.

My Google wallet transaction went through just fine. Now, the next day, I get an email indicating my order has been cancelled! Here's the direct text from the email:

So rather than accepting their error, they simply decided to CANCEL my order... not so good in this day and age of online shopping!"
