They have not "responded w/in one business day" as they claim to do. I received no electronic confirmation of my order. I am stuck w/software I can't use or must spend more money to 1) pay return shipping and 2) pay a possible restocking fee IF they accept it. I can't even find the product on their website anymore, just three weeks after original order. "

"My review is very unfavorable. We purchased a GPS and an LCD monitor on 4/14/2012. We received the GPS, but the Monitor is no where to be found. Numerous attempts have been made via phone calls, which no one returns. I did speak with Andry who assured an answer via email-never came. I submitted a trouble ticket, just to have them tell me the GPS shipped, but never addressed when or where the LCD monitor is. I just left another message and filled out a new trouble ticket again. They have VERY POOR customer service and are not responsive. Their message states they will return phone calls within 1 business day. I have NEVER received a call back. I have only been able to speak to someone 1 time, who did not follow through with what he stated he would do. Our issue is STILL UNRESOLVED."
