"Poor customer service on the part of Valore. When you say a book is a rental for a semester figure out what a semester is, don't just make up a 5 month period. The CSRs were rude and completely unhelpful with the situation. Valore did nothing to rectify this situation. Filed a BBB claim and again still did nothing and blamed me for the issue. I advise no one buy, rent, sell, or do business with them in any way. Let them go bankrupt."
