"There should be an option that if a student is selling back their text books the amount of the sale should be credited to a purchased being made.

Option should say would you like to have the amount credited to Paypal, a Check or would you like to use credit for a current purchase.

once you get confirmation that books have been mailed you can issue the credit. Purchased is on hold till confirmation of books being mailed is either called in or tracking number put into your system online.

There is no one to talk to directly. Company is less than 20 people and help customers is not high on their list.
