Long story short...I've used this company in the past with great experiences. However, it took almost a month to get payment from my first book then I chatted with an associate because I haven't heard anything about my second book. The agent quickly said she'd deposit the money but that part of my order was still processing. So, once I received payment I emailed about a higher price on another website because they offer a higher sellback guarantee. I was quickly told it had to be 7 days from creating the order and after I told her the problems I was having, she simply highlighted everything and resent it. I told her how dissatisfied I was and she responded with have a great day which made me even more irritated. I asked when the policy was changed since I was specifically told it had to be 7 days from payment being issued to me. I'm waiting on a response but what is so frustrating is the lack of customer service and if you pull up my account, they can clearly see that I received payment for a higher price 4 days after receiving payment and 19 days after creating my order...I'd like them to tell me their reasoning behind that.
