"It was very difficult to place my order. I could not enter city, state, or zip. It made it almost impossible to order from your company. Plus, while I was struggling with trying to place my order I lost out on a cheaper book! I wanted a loose-leaf version of Microsoft office 2016 but I couldn’t get it because of my ordering issues. I am not pleased with your company’s form arrangement. The whole experience left me very, very unhappy!
