"I called up to the parts office to ask over a part for my car, I got put on hold for 12 minutes and then got hung up on, waited for a call back and didn’t receive one, so I had to reach out again just to get put on the phone w a person with a attitude. Definitely was a bad experience for me. Only good thing why I gave 2 stars was to put a review and because they had the part but I just decided to go to another dealership to purchase it. "

"I went into the parts department on a Wednesday morning to place an order for a single hubcap that fell off my car. It wasn’t the first time I’ve gone to this dealership for hubcap replacement because the other 3 hubcaps on my car have all fallen off at different times. When I went to replace the first one that fell off the associate discovered that the hubcaps that were on my car were actually knock offs and were not a perfect fit for my vehicle which is why they detached so easily. I had no idea I had knock off hubcaps when I bought my car. I would only replace one hubcap at a time as it fell off because I couldn’t afford to pay for a whole new set in one lump sum. Since this was the last fake hubcap I needed to replace I kindly asked the associate if by any chance I could get a discount since I’ve become a frequent customer there. I understood it was a long shot and the likely answer was no but the associate Marcus seemed like he was having a bad day because he tried to rush me to pay for the hubcap when I hadn’t actually agreed to purchasing it when I was the only customer in the parts store. However I do appreciate him suggesting me to order the part online to possibly get it at a lower rate. But even then when I asked him for the link to the website he couldn’t remember the name and just gave me a guess. I asked for him to write it down for me so that I had the correct URL. Overall I felt like I was bothering him to do his job. But again I wanna believe he was just having an off day."
"Marucs, the associate at the Parts Department was incredibly disrespectful. My husband went to the Parts Department and requested the parts that we needed as we saw them online and he quotes him a different price since online prices were different. My husband asked for a price match and he stated, "That's not this works here". I understand there is policies in place but there is a way to deliver them and that was not. We ordered them online and went to the dealership to pick them once they were ready. We told him we were there to pick up some parts and he walks away for about 5 minutes and comes back with a red bull and asks again what we need. I let him know we are picking up parts and provide him with my husband's name. He walked away and brought the parts. When we got home, we noticed he had given us the wrong parts. I go back the next day and let him know he gave us the wrong parts and he stated that he did not as he gave me the parts I ordered. I proceed with letting him know he gave me the wrong part number. He grabs the parts goes back and bring the correct ones and said, "here you go". There was no apology for the inconvenience or trouble this caused on our end."
"Plain and simple. No courtesy call on of if Toyota has shipped my items from the dealership or anything close to that. I would hope that is something the staff can let people know whether the item is at the dealership or if they have shipped it over to you from there. That's all I would hope for in the future. "

"I ordered about $150 in service parts such as wiper blades. 4 days later I get an email message to pick them up. The order was incomplete. Someone should have checked my order before I wasted a trip. Second time this has happened on normal service items for a 2019 Tundra."
