"Previous velocity desktop was still working fine after nearly ten years but I needed more processing power and updated graphics.

New computer was shipped quickly and arrived safely. Set up was a breeze and I REALLY appreciate the fact there was no bloatware to deal with!

Workmanship is obviously exceptional and I will definitely purchase from velocity again in the future!

"I had been researching a new PC for months. I wasn't really interested in ordering one online because I wanted to be able to deal with a local store if anything went wrong. However, a stellar review from PC Mag inspired me to take a closer look at Velocity. From the moment I submitted my online inquiry to placing my order, I was treated with great care. I was able to deal with the same sales associate through the entire process, which I really liked. Nick took the time to answer ALL my questions. He dealt with every concern I had, including my slightly panicked call the day after I placed my order (yes, I ordered the best PC for my needs and budget). I also really liked the fact that they don't farm out any of their work off shore. Their PCs are made in the US, they do their own customer support. In short, they have taken full ownership of their business and their customers, instead of being more concerned with just making the next sale and farming any ongoing support. I am incredibly impressed thus far and look forward to doing business with them for years to come."

"Bought a Velocity Micro little over a month ago and the Bluetooth quit working. Waited on phone for tech support over an hour and finally left my info on a voice mail.
Tech Support much better with Dell which I'm sorry now that I ditched for Velocity.


UPDATE: Additional problem with computer not recognizing memory then indicated my copy of Windows was not "genuine!"
Sent it back for partial refund and repeated calls and e-mails have been ignored after waiting the required 3 to 5 business days for credit. I'm looking to file a civil complaint at local district court if I can't get a response. I went back to Dell where I should have never strayed. "Buyer Beware!

"Have a desktop machine, now a new laptop and will be ordering another new desktop later this year. It's all about the people. The support is amazing and my now 7 year old machine is still running like new. Never a problem and when I wanted to upgrade something, they helped me get it done. "
