I pick the product gift items for my relatives, give the clerk the contact information and pay. Shopping is done and it could not be more simple. They mail the packages within 24 hours and I get automated email updates as to where the package is in it's journey. Communication is excellent. "

"I ordered 4 bottles of cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing and I am excited to try them. Unfortunately when I saw the package on my front porch I knew something was damaged. The box was wet and oily and as suspected one bottle was broken and made a greasy mess. I did take photos. I would like to know how to get a replacement for the broken bottle"
