"I purchased the Yuneec UAV Pilot and am unable to get it to work. Numerous attempts to call Vertigo Drones in an attempt to obtain customer support have failed, either unable to get through or failed to receive a reply. I'm very dissapointed."

I did send order feedback and got this reply: "I apologize for the long delay of your shipment. A lot of DJI parts have been on back order for a long time, since this is for the Mavic Air it has been even harder to get parts for it. As you may be aware DJI had stop production on all but one model of the Mavic Air, which slows down production for all that model's parts. With the Chinese new year and the virus right after, a lot of China has been operating at 1/2 speed. We have been sending items out the door the same day we get them.""

"They repaired my drone at a fair price and communicate very well. I do like that they test what they repair 3 times before going back to customer. My only gripe is I could not get my receiver to recognize my drone unless I had it in their test mode that was on my controller when I got it back. To be fair it could have been due to lack of my knowledge and experience with the drone but not sure."

"I sent my drone in for repairs. I was charged for the repairs but everything was not repaired. Repeated contacts with Vertigo did not solved the problem. I never miss a chance to tell people how poor Vertigo's service is. I gave your company a lot of money for repairs that were not completed. I wish that I could give Vertigo negative stars. Their multiple check point system to assure that your drone is in top operational condition is a farse. Avoid this company at all costs. "
