"Very slow process. My order was for compounded aspirin. After having to mail in the actual prescription, it took a few days for the prescription to be processed. Then off for compounding (another couple of days), then expecting to ship via "standard shipping" (5 - 8 business days). Customer service seems to be helpful and friendly, but their "process" could use some tune-up. "
