Won't recommend VetRxDirect to anyone due to poor customer service. We have a cattle ranch and order a lot of supplies but I doubt we will ever use VetRXDirect again. :( "

"Placed order on 8/8/13 and called to verify receipt. VetRx sssociate said fax to my vet was sent for scrip and I told the associate to call me that day if no script was received. After a week I noticed my order was waiting for script! Associate failed to call me back! I got my vet and VetRx in a 3 way and discovered my vet won't fax scrpts. Horrible communication on both sides! I mailed the scripts and called to verify receipt on 8/17. Associate said order will ship 8/19. On 8/26 I still have no order. By this time, my dog is in severe pain and I'm livid. Called VetRx to find out the script didn't match my order. Again, no phone call or email! Had to replace order! Thank god they shipped overnight. Very poor communication with customer. I will hold their hand thru the whole process for future orders if I decide to remain a customer."
