Killed dog, bungled order, didn't receive items in time for trip, expired drugs, wrong dose

"Don't order from here. Customer service agents are not friendly. They bungled my order by not allocating the stock for my item. They had it in stock and then they waited for RX to be sent from vet, which always takes 1-2 days. After RX was received, they were then out of stock. They can't handle logistics so don't use them. A company that can't handle basic stock logistics will probably send you expired drugs. "

Wonderful Customer Service

"When our kitten was diagnosed with ring worm, our vet did not have the oral medication they prescribed so they recommended we order it online. We ordered it on VetRX, but naturally were anxious for the medication to arrive as ring worm is very contagious and takes a long time to treat. VetRx must receive confirmation of the prescription from the veterinarian. Several days after ordering our prescription, our vet still had not confirmed the prescription for VetRx so several technicians with VetRx personally called and emailed our vet to help expedite the process. VetRx technicians were very responsive and thoughtful in all their responses and helped us make sure our kitten will get the care she needs. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced."

So impressed!

"I had an old cc o file for an auto ship. I could not get it to change. Frustrated until Kylie stepped in. She was outstanding! She had emailed me and when I called I happen to get her on the phone!! Because I was headed to a PT appointment I asked her to email me directions to fix the issue. She emailed me very detailed and easy to follow directions. My account was fixed and my order shipped. Now Kylie didn’t even stop there! She emailed me again letting me know that my account was good and meds were shipped. She was polite, effective, patient and followed through!! I was sooooo impressed with her. Someone...please thank her for me. "

"My dog Marcus had an ear infection . Direct VetRX called my vet immediately and got my script approved. The script was shipped overnight and I will receive it tomorrow. Their communication via email was very helpful and we will receive the script tomorrow . And the price was good. "

Wow!!! I am soooo impressed!!!!

"Our vet office had not responded to multiple requests from VetRxDirect Pharmacy (I do not yet know why as our vet office has always promptly responded). At any rate, I appreciate the multiple attempts from VetRxDirect to obtain approval. When they did not receive a response from the vet office, they promptly contacted me. Late in the day I replied to their email asking them to modify my order (removing the item requiring a script and increasing the quantity of another product). By the next morning, VetRxDirect had done just that, sent me a reply, a new order confirmation, AND shipped my order!

I so appreciate the extra work it took to ship this order! THANK YOU SAM and VetRxDirect Team for taking care of this so efficiently!

Extremely Thankful To VetRX

"Thank you for sending the order of phos bind so quickly. I mixed it in with my dogs food last night as soon as I received it and she ate all her food. I'm so thrilled that I found a phosphate binder for her that she can tolerate. I just wish I would have ordered it weeks ago. Hoping it will help get my pups phosphate levels down so I have extra days to spend with her. Unfortunately she has stage 4 kidney failure and her days are numbered but every additional day I have with her is a blessing.

Very good Customer Service

"I wanted to get a smaller dosage of the Vetmedin for my dog. I've been using the 5mg and having to give my dog 3/4 of a pill twice a day. I wanted to make it easier on myself and not have to split the pill into 4ths. My vet sent over the prescription for the 5mg instead of the 1.25 mg (which I wanted). Also the 5mg bottle only lasts 33 days and if I got 3 bottles of the 1.25mg dose it would last 60 days and be cheaper overall. My vet had told me that there were issues getting this medication from the manufacturer which I had totally forgot about. Right now you can only get 1 bottle a month per dog. Ugh. VetRxDirect was very good about communicating with me and even changing my order and adding to it without any hassles. I will totally use them in the future. They were extremely easy to deal with. Thank You VetRxDirect!! "

BEWARE!! Please DO NOT order PRESCRIPTIONS from this online pet pharmacy -- look at all the BAD REVIEWS

"BEWARE!! I ordered a non-prescription item and received ok but this second order includes a PRESCRIPTION item and is turning into a BIG PROBLEM - mostly because you can't speak directly to anyone about a problem or concern. I wanted to talk to them about the order - but when you call on the phone mid-day 1230 noon (customer service hours supposed to be 9-5) -- you only get a message that says "peak time go to website to chat". So I go to the website and there is "no way to chat"! So I send an email. Problem: my vet is going on vacation so I need this resolved today. If not, I then will have a pending order with them (they have my credit card info) and will have to go purchase from vet like I should have at the start. I am unable to "connect/speak with anyone" to cancel the order and just pick up at my vet -- this is a mess. The site says "pending vet approval" and they were supposed to fax to vet (I provided fax number) -- but the "vet hasn't received any fax". I've posted messages on the site, email, and left messages on the phone and have received no response. If you google reviews -- there are 3000 reviews with an average rating of ONE STAR (means HORRIBLE) - pretty bad - wish I had seen before I placed the order. BEWARE!!!!

Last time was a Big Failure!!

"This company had me running in circles as I tried to order insulin syringes for my cat. I had ordered before without problems. However, this time they demanded a written RX from the Vet, not an e-mail or fax.....it had to be the original mailed to them. I was NOT told this when I placed my order online. After several tries, I was finally told the RX did not match my order. WHAT? I am a resident of NC and actually, take need you folks at VetRxDirect who don't know the laws, NO RX IS REQUIRED FOR SYRINGES. So, the order was cancelled, I ordered without issue from another company whose customer service representative was correctly informed about my state. By the way only SEVEN states requires a prescription. I feel as if someone was playing not so nice with me. Never again from this company"

customer service needs improvment

"I have been ordering the same medicine for almost a year and I went online as usual to place my pet medication order. after two weeks of it not arriving I thought I knew I had a confirmation number that they received the order. (I really don't check emails) and after a week they had sent an email saying that I only had two refills and they couldn't refill it because I had asked for three instead.
The medicine my pet is on is a hormonal medication which she HAS to have twice a day.
I really think that they should have sent me what ever amount I had left in my prescription and in addition call me on my phone which they had access to, to let me know that I needed a new rx.
Instead 2 weeks had gone by when I found the email.
They could have contacted the vet since that is what they request (contact info and rx from vet)
to fill in a prescription.
I still had a few days but I was very upset about the lack of attention their pharmaceutical staff had with my pets medication.
very very upset and disappointed. we come to them with our trust in their reliability and professionalism but if they don't get an answer from an email they send they should follow up with a phone call or do it right away.
After a week of not getting an email back from me they should have called because it also takes about 1 weeks for meds to arrive in the mail.


Pets are lives too and they should matter not only profits.
