"I placed an order. I expected it to arrive by standard shipping within 2-4 business days as it always does. After a whole week I called to find out what the delay was. They said it was never processed for some reason. My dog has cushing's disease and I was getting desperate. They were very apologetic and said they would overnight it.
Unbelieveably, it arrived the next afternoon, just in the nick of time as timing is critical.
