"Ordered sissy bar luggage on 6/17/15. And windshield bag on Sunday after and received my windshield order on Wednesday 6/24/15 and my sissy bar was sent out today. I ordered it before my windshield I was hopping to have it by Friday 6/26/15. As I am off for vacation with my bike. Now I have to back pack it Not happy at all. "

"The saddlebags look better and have features I did not realize. Free motorcycle installation kit is really nice (may have to buy other attachment bolts depending on your motorcycle). Technical Support was quick at answering my questions on how to care for the bags (ArmorAll). Already getting compliments on how good the bags look. Will recommend Viking when I have an opportunity. Found out about Viking by asking another motorcycle owner I saw with Viking saddlebags."

"The Bags arrived with defect on on of the Velcro fasteners on one bag. one rivet failed that holds the cover closed, when I went to open it. I have reported this to customer service, and am awaiting recontact with John Marshall so I can send pics and get an RMA."

"I received my bag sooner than I thought possible. The bag quality was better than I expected for the price. The instructions were missing, but the web video was great at helping with my questions.
The only suggestion is concerning the plastic buckles. One of them came unlatched on one side of the buckle when tightened up. It would be nice if all the buckles were metal. But overall, I am very happy with Viking, and the bag!
