"I had purchased the Lamellar slanted leather covered hard bag last year and liked the bag but the locking system was very cheap, I could unlock the bag without a key just by wiggling the lid. I called the company and they said they were in the process of redoing the locking system and allowed me to return them. This summer I called and spoke to a representative and asked if they had redone the locking system on their bags and he told me they had so I purchased the same bags again. Upon receiving the bags it was the same locking system just a different method of opening. You now needed a key every time you want to get in your bags, no more push button to open. I could still wiggle the lid open. Last year they took care of the return shipping and this year they did not so now I am out the original shipping and the cost to ship them back, a total of $90 because their rep lied to me."

"The box arrived damaged, which I know is not your fault. The key was locked inside the bag and there was no second key so we could not open the bag. One of the bags arrived with a scratch on the rim.

Viking did quickly resolve, they have issued a return for exchange of new bags and I am awaiting the email now with the return label."
