Every representative denied that the description included the calf pads, and apologized for "my" confusion. I had chosen this vendor because of the calf pads being included, and I could certainly read the description clearly that they were included. Now I'll need to spend another $50 for the calf pads, but I won't order it from them. I will never order from Vitality Medical again. "
