"I bought the title for the text-to-speech option. I found that for a good chunk of the chapters, it says "no text to be read" and would skip throughout the book. I already owned a paper veriosn of the book and wanted a way to have an audio version, and this website came up first in my search. Although I should have read more into vitalsource before purchasing, I feel like I wasted $40 on a feature that does not work fully."

"I paid for 2 digital rentals. The price was more than the purchase for a paper copy. The read aloud was awful. It also stopped every minute or so until I restarted it. Useless. So I attempted to read it, assumed it was slow because it was on my phone. Tried again on my laptop, crashing, freezing, non responsive, useless. Can't imagine they are updating their locked down software with all that they expect to get paid. Couldn't move the books to better software either. Absolute garbage. "
