"I bought an ebook and the code they game me did not work at Pearson. I contacted nigh Pearson and VitalSource and still haven't had help with this. I will be asking for a refund as I had to drop the class I needed it for as I was too far behind to catch up."

"I like many things about VitalSource, but there are a couple things I find annoying. 1) When I want to search a term in a book, I can't do the usual double click-web search. I have to highlight every letter (no automatically completing highlighting of the entire word if I miss the first/last letter(s) and select copy, then paste in a browser. It's very clunky.
2) When I have copied, a notification pops up telling me I copied, and it won't go away until I click the x, so it sits there being annoying, blocking content, and preventing me from closing the notes panel.
