"My university uses and email that ends in university.edu for nearly all of its supposes. However when using google a "g." is included after the @ "@g.university.edu" When I made my account I selected "Sign in through google" but when I went back later that week I signed in using my none g. email. This caused a lot of confusion as my book was no longer available. After a frustrating re-purchase, I contacted their customer support, who was very understanding of my situation and was able to refund my hasty purchase. I now am still able to use my book and was able to get money back on one of the books. I'm very happy with how it was quickly it was handled and I hope to use this service again in the future!"

I would enjoy if vital source added a feature to make the online textbook look like a real open-faced textbook with page turns and all. It would help my spatial memorization to be able to see both sides of the books pages at the same time. "
