"I have been a Vitamin Shoppe customer for several years, and have typically received good service. However, this time was very different: It took over an hour on the phone with two different agents and three separate orders (one online, two by phone) to finally receive what I had purchased online--twelve days later.
Suggestions for Vitamin Shoppe:
1) Always send an email with a tracking number when an order ships. I have placed many online orders with Vitamin Shoppe, and most of the time I haven't received such an email.
2) Please fix your by-phone order-tracking system; it gave me incorrect information on two different orders.
3) Please train your customer service representatives better. One of them had me on the phone for 43 minutes, and still failed to complete my order correctly. She was polite, but was obviously having trouble making your order system work.
4) If you cancel a customer's order, please do so in a timely fashion; eight days is unreasonably long. Also, please provide the exact reason, so that it can be corrected more quickly.
5) Please consider making customer service available on the weekends.
