"I've purchased a total of over $15,000 in hardware from Voip Supply over my last four orders with them, and even when I try, I can't think of a single complaint to make about them.
Their prices are excellent, their response times are quick, their answers are detailed and thorough. They've accommodated a couple of special requests I made without hesitation.
I have peace of mind in knowing that whenever I need something urgent or a small favor, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call my sales rep and they will take care of it.
A+ rating, highly recommended for all voip needs.

"Voip Supply went above and beyond for us. I am the CEO of a franchising company specializing in electronic security and we purchased a Voip PBX and a total of 14 phones between September and November. We encountered a compatibility glitch with one manufacturer and Voip Supply stood behind us 110%. I am extremely impressed with the level of service we received and will strongly recommend them to our franchisees!"
"We called one of their sales persons for advice on a wireless IP phone for an open Trixbox environment (Polycom phones) and they recommended specifically the SpectraLink 8020, well, that was the wrong phone. They should have told us the 8002.
So we got the phone in an ordinary brown packing box, nothing special about it whatsoever (not retail packaging), it was taped quite solidly however --- so much so that the box had to be ripped apart to get at the phone. So we did not give a second thought about putting the phone, accessories, manual, etc. in a ziplock bag and shipping it back without the box since it was destroyed. The tattered remains of the brown box have since been discarded.
It would not work in our environment. The salesperson neglected to mention that it needed a $2000 gateway product. I had specifically told him the hardware we were running, and he assured me it was a popular phone because of that fact that it would connect to a standard wireless AP on an Asterisk-based network. So his advice caused me to purchase the wrong phone.
OK, people make mistakes, and in the future I will research directly with the manufacturer, but at this point all we want is the right phone, but they have been refusing return authorization on the basis of the box not being returned. This seemed petty and baseless considering it was not even a retail box, it was a cardboard box with some tape on it.
***Update. After leaving a message with Customer Service Manager Bill Herman, he got back to me and informed me that he would credit my account so that we can exchange the phone. We are in the process of doing this and I will update the review with the result later.
**Update2 - After a week we received our credit and have again purchased from VOIP. We will for certain update our experience once we have implemented. However, I am satisfied that they have done the right thing and provided us with a credit, even though I had to throw a fit for them to do it.
***Update3 --- We received out Spectralink 8002 phone on the credit VOIP Supply gave us as a result of our review. However it appears they are now denying us out of an extra battery we ordered with it. We have made contact with them several times and no one is attempting to make this right. It is on the sales order and they have admitted their own error, but we continue to see no spare battery sent to us, despite their sales people telling us they are "looking into it". I hope they will see this and do the right thing by sending us our battery."
"I needed a Phoneix Soho Echo cancelling card for the pc, I jumped on VOIPSupply.com and ordered one wednesday *last* week. I get a call the next morning, the card is back ordered, would you like to cancel it, I tell them yes, Ill replace the order when they become aval again. I get home that evening to see my card had been charged already for a product that was on back order?? I see this and decide just to wait out the time instead of placing another order, and use voip supply's contact form to tell them to go through with the order and please ship on tuesday when the women on the phone said they would be shipped.
Friday - no response, Saturday/Sunday - no response (not expecting one either), monday - no response, tuesday - still no response to my orginal inquiry, yet order status says 'receieved and being processed'. Tuesday evening, no response, no change in order status??? I think oh well, must take 24 hours to recieve, stock and process the order again. Wednesday (1 week later) check the order status, unchanged. I use there trusty email form yet again to make sure things are on track. Wed Night, still no response from them. Its now thursday, and by now I'm pretty upset with voipsupply and their customer service, or should one say, lack there of. I write *another* note to their customer service team, and finally 4-5 hours later I get a response. A customer service member has found my order, and sent it to sales for processing, and will contact with tracking information asap. In my orginal note I had already pointed out that I was rather upset to the fact that even with the extra money I paid for 2 day shipping, if they were to get it out the door today, it would still be monday at the earliest before my card would arrive, completely screwing up the fact that this weekend would probably be the only time I'd have to work on the rig. Now thursday night, 10:30p VOIPSupply time, and I can bet you know where this is going, no response, no tracking information, no sense of urgency, nota, but they made sure to charge my card again???
I'm now simply floored, I work CS nearly every day at the company I work for, and never, ever would such a thing fly. If the ball were to be dropped this badly we would have personally walked back, got the stock, and over nighted the product eating the difference in shipping costs to make the customer happy and trouble them less then has already been done.

"Placed order and received item promptly but was over-charged $23.95. Several attempts were made to contact them but I never received a reply as to why I was over-charged. I only received one email from them as well that my order was processing and then my items came without any warning or tracking number from the company. The invoices they included were confusing because some items didn't have a price listed next to them and one package didn't have an invoice at all. Currently I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering from them again."
"Shortly after I placed my order for a Grandstream GXP-2000 I receive an e-mail saying they cannot get a hold of my bank (rather large, national bank) with the number I gave from the back of my card (as requested.) Rather than reply to the e-mail, I wanted to call to verify this was an issue. I called the local number listed as the office number and got the voicemail for the warehouse. Calling their main number got me a rude lady in sales who couldn't figure out how to transfer me. (This company sells the kind of system she was most likely using) After being transfered to another rude person, I cancelled my order out of frustration. Poor customer service experience in my book."
"I ordered a Grandstream GXP-2000 and the LCD would backlight but not boot up. I went to their website at least 3 times over 10 days and filled out the RMA form. It states that within 24 hours I will have a response. NOTHING. I then called within their business hours, left a VM and waited. Still nothing. I finally reached someone today and got my RMA. The customer service in my opinion is some of the worst I have seen. I will never do business with this company again. "
"Item shipped promptly. Was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Their price was great too! I would order from them again."
"I have always had problems with my VoIPSupply orders, they would never send tracking numbers even though they were promised when placing orders. After a few months and a few requests they finally fixed that. In November I ordered this phone, it had a loud buzzing noise both parties to the conversation could here. I contact voipsupply they assure me an RMA will fix the problem and its a product they do stock. I am issued an RMA and I promptly return the phone and I hear nothing more from these crooks. In January I call to inquire, I am told that this product is actually not stocked by VoIPSupply, they dont even have a replacement to send me. I tell them I am going to return the sidecar for the phone and I want to exchange everything for another product -- sounds easy enough? Well my requests are ignored. I call every few weeks each time making my same request clear -- EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
Well it takes until the MIDDLE OF MARCH to get anything done, and these incompetent baboons just ended up refunding the funds, needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere, it should not take five months to exchange one product for antoher one."
"This is my second attempt to order an item from voip-supply.com and yet again I am highly disapointed. The first time round I was told the item I had ordered (Cisco Aironet 1131AG) was not in stock and one would be sent soon. 6 weeks, 5 emails and 2 phone calls later I had heard nothing. Now I have tried to order a linksys Wifi Phone and have gone 2 weeks after paying in full only to have the order ignored. This time it's not even a stock or shipping delay. The problem is simply that voip-supply have transferred the order to "sales" and done nothing since then (2 weeks ago).
voip-supply.com are poor communicators and lack any respect. If they cannot furfill the order stop holding onto my money and say something. I will persist with this order because I want the phone but I won't be ordering from there ever again."
"Have been trying, unsuccessfully for 3 days to reach a person responsible for RMA or customer support. Left numerous voice mail messages, approximately hourly. Finally called sales (rapid answer) and had them physically instruct the RMA person to call me--I'm still waiting for her call back.
So far, my initial impression is that this company is eager to sell products and has reasonable prices (no bargains, though) but either understaffs or purposfully obfuscates the procedure for obtaining customer service. I feel ignored and frustrated, and I have wasted much more time than needed just to speak to a human being.
Similarly, I have received no response to e-mails, online RMA requests or online comment forms.
I may have to sell my equipment on e-bay rather than obtain an RMA for return. I will take a loss but can at least begin the healing process by getting rid of my useless merchandise.
I can neither recommend this company nor explain the discrepancy between its outwardly professional appearance (i.e. website, sales staff) and its complete lack of telephone/e-mail customer infrastructure. The irony is that it is a telephony supply company.
I do not know how they will react when I finally do talk to them--how easy will the process be? So far I have not spoken to a person from customer support.
At this point I could not recommend this company to anybody that I know, nor would I ever steer a client in their direction."
"I purchased a sipura spa-1001 FXO adapter from voipsupply.com.
The shipping cost was not inflated and I received the item within the 2 day estimate using Fedex.
The price for the item was the lowest that I could find.
The product works flawless.
The nice part of the whole thing was because I used Paypal for the purchase voipsupply.com actually reduced my purchase price.
Very nice"
"The whole process was very good and goods arrived promptly."
