"VOIPSupply is a fine place to buy cool stuff. My experience:
Pros:
a) Ordered some phones that needed either a PoE switch or additional AC adapters. I had neither but prior to shipping Tom Costelloe from VOIP e-mailed me to let me know that perhaps I was forgetting something. I avoided the embarassment of telling the boss that I had the phones, but, uh, I didn't know that they needed a power source.
b) Prices are good
c) Selection is great
d) The stuff I got from them all worked.
e) I got better customer support from them (Tom) on how to hook up my ATA adapter than I did from my VOIP provider (RingCentral whose Level II technical support person couldn't figure out why an ATA adapter with a router might look like it had a different IP address from my main router than from my double NAT-ed computer).
Cons:
a) At first I wanted to return the ATA adapter because it was too much effort. I got nowhere on this because the thing wasn't broken. If you buy something from these guys that turns out to be too complicated for you or your mission, you are going to get beat-up on the returns. Their return policy is not amateur-friendly at all.

I will absolutely do business with them again (I bought a bunch of phones, a PoE switch, and an ATA and I like all of them). If I was going to buy, say, a $4000 router (which would be beyond my needs anyway) I probably wouldn't buy from them because the "I can't figure this out so I need to return it" risk would be too high. Not sure who I would buy it from instead..."

I called VOIP Supply looking for a VOIP capable phone set with a capacity for multiple slaved handsets. I explained to the representative that I already had VOIP with a service provider ( cable internet), and needed equipment that would have built in filtering so there would be no interference between the internet and voice services over the cable. I had called in since the online specifications information was horribly limited.

The rep spent quite some time off line searching for candidate equipment and came back with a recommendation. This was sent to me and when it arrived I opened the box and read the Users Guide, without opening or setting up the equipment.

It was clear from the Users Guide that the equipment not only was incompatible with my existing VOIP and digital setup, it would only provide VOIP serivces over an analog line among other similar equipment. I confirmed this by contacting the manufacturer's tech support folks on 2 separate occasions.

VOIP Supply initially refused to give me an RMA. They finally relented but refuse to waive their 20% restocking fee, even though I demonstrated to them that they recommended equipment that would not work on my existing systems. In fact, the rep that I spoke to apparently lied when asked to summarize my conversation with him.
Take caution in dealing with this distributor, and before ordering anything with them, make certain you know exactly that the products you order will meet your needs and do not rely on either their online specifications information or their phone reps.

Their return policy is definitely non-competitive when you compare it to other distributors selling over the web."
