"Company very knowledgeable of available products. Provisioning was never completed. A complete lack out communication between VOIP Supply and inside IT vendor. Inside IT vendor suggested VOIP Supply for equipment, I accepted advice feeling there was already an existing good relationship between both of them. Provisioning was never taken care for equipment that was ordered, no follow up on VOIP's side to investigate configurations for equipment, trying to find original salesman was practically impossible. Phone tag must be VOIP's idea of fun inside their office, because every time I called, it was impossible to reach the person I was initially calling for. Shipping-
VOIP's ability to only give tracking information once the package is already enroute is completely frustrating. I no faith in on time delivery from when they say to expect package from original order conversation. Even when ordering additional equip. to offset the cost of provisioning that never took place, that came in at least 2 days later than my sales rep said it would.
Erin Moran was the only person I felt tried to help me in the mess that is VOIP supply. Her efforts are appreciated, but I feel that she is most likely under utilized at the operation, while others there at VOIP supply should be working on their implementation skills of what they promise to customers.
