"I ordered parts from Volvo Wholesale. I was shown through their website that next day shipping would be used. I was not told that I would have one order processed from 2 separate locations, nor was I offer3d a refund when the items were not shipped via overnight shipping.

After receiving incorrectly ordered items, I requested a return, and have heard nothing from this seller.

Additionally, when contacted via phone call after not receiving all parts in my first shipment, the customer service representative was rude, curt and simply not friendly to work with at all.

I won’t buy from this Volvo Wholesale ever again. "

"Received a broken/cracked alternator in the mail and I called just before thanksgiving and they said to contact after the holidays so I email a few weeks later and they say it’s outside of their return policy and that I can’t prove they broke it. String of emails goes on for 2 months and they finally say I can contact shipping insurance but then also say that shipping insurance is likely expired but I should look into it anyway because they won’t give me a refund. I will never do business with this company or recommend a them
