"I ordered from them twice. The first time, they said the tires were back-ordered until the end of January. At the end of January, they canceled my order and those tires would not come in for the foreseeable future. on their website, i could see that they adjusted the back-order date for the same tires by one more month again even though they had told me they had no idea when they would arrive. Bait and Switch?? regardless, I reordered something else that was listed as in stock. The day the installer was scheduled to show up, I took leave fro work only to find they sent me an email that same day canceling saying those tires were out of stock. "I purchased my tires one by one starting in September 2010.
When I purchased the first Pirelli P4000 205/70ZR15, Vulcan Tire's system told me they only had 4 (FOUR) of those tires in stock. I also noticed that it said they only had 4 (Once again, FOUR) Pirelli P4000 205/50ZR15's in stock.
After they shipped my P205/70ZR15, their inventory system told me that they no longer had any of the P205/70ZR15's in stock, but that they had 3 (THREE) of the P205/50ZR15's in stock. I immediately understood that they had made a mistake. My opinion on hte matter was reinforced when my tire (A Pirelli P205/70ZR15) arrived with a sales that proclaimed they had shipped me a Pirelli P205/50ZR15.
Time went by, and their inventory system kept telling me that they had ZERO P205/70ZR15's in stock, but that they still had 3 (THREE) P205/50ZR15's in stock.
I KNEW this information to be incorrect, I informed them of this as I was once again ready to by another tire.
They told me their inventory system's data was correct.
I asked them to check with their warehouse to make sure. They wrote back, said they did, and that they did in fact NOT have any Pirelli P205/70ZR15's in stock, and that they DID have 3 (THREE) Pirelli P205/50ZR15's in stock.
KNOWING that this information was an out and out LIE, I ordered 2 Pirelli P205/50ZR15's KNOWING that they would find the 3 (THREE) Pirelli P205/70ZR15's.
They did find the 3 (THREE) Pirelli P205/70ZR15's.

It took me ONE MONTH to get them to do the MINISCULE amount of work required to find that their Inventory was not what they thought it was, and obtain this currently HARD-TO-FIND tire!
They have NEVER admitted to this MOST OBVIOUS MISTAKE that they made.
And they have repeatedly attempted to tell me that their Inventory was correct. It WAS NOT!
An appology is overdue!
