"Well.. Why did I not read any reviews before I bought from them.. I always do this with companies I've never heard of..!!!??? Item ordered on the 31/10/2012.(Deliv: "Due 05th - 07th Nov")Date now is 19/11/2012. I've been trying to get through to them all of last week. Ended up sending a "QUICK Response" LOL!! No reply. Decided to phone today and eventually got through to them. I've been promised that the item will be shipped today and a UPS tracking number provided.

We'll see what happens over the next couple of hours, else I might have to phone a good friend of mine in the legal industry and ask him to do me a favor.

I'm really disappointed. I would like to have used them as a supplier for my department.

Received my Item! BUT.... Wrong item was sent...... They must be joking.... right? Hopefully they can correct this asap.

"We have reported them to trading standards. Please do the same. I feel this company is a pure SCAM.
3 weeks for a sack of sugar? no item arrived, no replies from emails, called and eventually got through, promised next day, waited in still nothing, emailed, no reply again, now phone off hook.
Also with no contact address on the website they are breaking the law there to start.....
Why has no action been taken against them id love to know.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS A VISIT FROM THE POWERS THAT BE.
PLEASE AVOID ,
We need to get these types of companies closed down.

"Do not use them! My story is the same as many others here. Item was ordered, money taken from credit card immediately, item not delivered by promised date, no contact from company to explain why.
On trying to contact company, no reply from TWO e mails asking about the order.
Also phone help line keeps you waiting for ages or just cuts you off! Eventually did manage to talk to someone who cancelled the order, but still no refund.
This company is either extremely incompetent or down right fraudulent.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Like every genuine review on this website, I too had a bad experience with WAE Plus.

I ordered some computer memory that the website said was in stock. I waited until my delivery date, the 10 - 12 days, working, and yet received nothing. I called up and a very confused customer service lady just reiterated what it said on the website that my order was awaiting fulfilment, (euphemism for we never even bothered to get your order out). She then said it would take an additional 3 weeks before my product could be sent out. When I asked her why she said it was because of warehouse troubles. At this same time, the product I had ordered was still being listed as in stock and ready to dispatch.

Asked for a refund. Have not received it yet. Have sent email correspondence, yet, no confirmation emails or responses as of yet.

VERY BAD COMPANY.

"I ordered a printer which was showing as 'In Stock'. I paid extra for super-fast delivery (1-3 days!).

After 5 days I contacted them as to the whereabouts of my order, only to be told it was currently out of stock. I was told that I had been contacted by email about this which was simply untrue.

A follow-up phone call then had to be made to request a refund. That was a week ago and, as yet some fifteen days after placing the original order, I still haven't received my money.

If this is the normal way this company operates, then I would urge people to think very carefully about buying from them. I know I will NEVER be using them again

"Hands-down, worst ever online shopping experience

As with a lot of people, the cheaper prices brought me to wae plus from google shopping. I hadn't ever heard of them before, but it all looked genuine enough so I thought I'd give it a go.

All items were marked as in stock on the website. £500 of my money was taken from my bank immediately with a free delivery of "3 to 5 days" showing as 10 days from that point. Ok, so maths isn't their strong point. Delivery date comes, no order. 30 minutes waiting in a queue to be told they'd be with me by the end of that week, operator confirmed all items were definitely in stock and that there was some sort of warehouse delay. I gave it till the following Monday and still no delivery. Called again, this time 40 mins in a queue before I finally gave up and used their email system. The order would be another 2 weeks due to them now NOT having stock! Something about a delay getting the stock in from Europe. I thought I'd wait, as I'd already invested a couple weeks to the order at this point.

2 weeks goes by ... nothing. Now the customer services simply don't reply to my emails asking where my order is, so I decided to cancel the order. This was 2 weeks ago, they still have my money, no refund as yet. And unsurprisingly ignoring my emails.

For what it's worth, avoid this company. I took a chance on another company I'd never heard of (valuebug.co.uk) as the prices were basically the same and my order arrived within 2 days. Just how online ordering should be.

WAE Plus seem to take everyone's money, keep hold of it for a couple months (must be a nice chunk of interest on that) and then, hopefully, give it back. Just a joke of a company. I really wish I'd read the reviews on them before purchasing, there's no way they'd have ever got my money

"Ordered a printhead that did not arrive similar to many contributors here - cancelled the order and still have not received a refund - it is 10 weeks since the original order. WAE+ should realise that most e-tailers are very good at doing refunds - it gets them business rather than losing it as WAE+ have done here..."

my son ordered a dj control unit from this company
he was promised delivery in 10 to 12 days
item did not arrive phoned them and was told delivery would definatly be the following week
again it did not arrive so phoned again and was told delivery had been put back another 3 weeks
i cancelled the order and asked for a refund
3 weeks later and still no refund
phoned again but not given any answers
these people are crooks PLEASE DO NOT USE

"Please avoid this company. I ordered a video camera and they took my money on 6th Sept. It is now mid November and despite constant requests and correspondence I have no camera. They say it's unavailable. I have requested a refund again and again with no success. All I get is stalling messages. I'm still pursuing them but have now resorted to my credit card company.
This company is a disgrace.

"I placed an order for 2 hard drives with WAE on the 13th of October and they promised delivery by the 29th. It is the 13th of November and the goods still have not arrived although there web site has always shown the goods in stock and they are taking further orders. I have tried on 4 attempts to call their help line, to get the message all operators are busy and it then hangs up as it must have a limited queuing system. I am also awaiting a response to an email requesting that the order be cancelled if it cannot be met in 48hrs. Over all an extremely unacceptable supplier, use at your own peril as if things go wrong you just cannot get a response from them. I had always used aria in the past, I know where I am placing my next order."

"Its very depressing reading all these negative reviews, I wish I'd listened to my gut feeling and never chose to shop with WAE. There are much better suppliers out there!!

On 9th Oct I ordered an i7 2600k CPU for £214, with the delivered in 10-12 days option. It never arrived, I got in touch with them, was told problems with supply would I wait another 8-10 days or take a refund, I thought I may as well avoid the hassle of shopping elsewhere and getting a refund, so chose to wait. It still never arrived. At this point I requested they cancel my order and provide a refund. This was 7 days ago. WAE agreed to a refund however I am still waiting for this. I rang them today, the girl was very polite, but I'm sure under much stress from the many people trying to track down their refunds/missing orders. Obviously, it is not possible to speak to anyone in accounts, or any line managers/supervisors or anyone that can make a decision. Now after reading the below, I 'm resigned to waiting 30 days for my money to return, if at after this point, I still don't have the money, I will contact my bank and the OFT also.

Please, please, don't shop with these cowboys.

Since I was promised a refund 7 days ago, I have found my item elsewhere, (for only £7 more, the delivery price is the difference), it arrived within 3 days, and I have already installed it into my PC! When my refund will come through, I dont know.

Very depressing, avoid this company. You have been warned.

"I ordered an item on the 14th of October. By the 31st of October I had pretty much come to the conclusion (having read other reviews) that they had no intention of sending me my item so cancelled the order. It is now the 12th of November and still no refund. Outrageous. I will be writing to the relevant trading bodies and consumer groups regarding this and I am also considering legal action for a refund which I also assume will not be forthcoming.

Avoid at all costs.

"I purchased a disk drive from them which developed a fault. They authorized the return and have confirmed that they have received it. Since then they have failed to refund my money. I have been in contact with then several times over the past month, but they always reply with the same standard message that my refund is being processed (clearly it isn't). "WAE+ is by far the worst online company I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. I placed an order for some ink cartridges on 21 August. They took the money from my credit card account on the same day (21 August). After 6 weeks or so, having heard nothing, I phoned and was assured the items would arrive the following week. NOTHING ARRIVED. On 4th October I requested a refund - I am still waiting after several phone calls, it is now 10th November, they've had my money since 21 August and done nothing. Their customer representatives are hopeless, un-empowered and seemingly incapable of doing anything to resolve the issue!!"
