"Like others on this site, I read the reviews AFTER placing the order for a Garmin Satnav. Consequently, I was very nervous. The free delivery delay is far too long and the company should rethink this. However, my delivery was scheduled for 10th to 12th October and yesterday(10/10)I called in trepidation! Another thing that the company could improve is wait time for customer service and remove the really annoying american message about what number you are in the queue. However, after a wait I was connected and was informed that the item was being shipped and I would receive it today (11/10). I was able to track the item on the UPS site and lo and behold it was delivered this morning!So a pretty good cutomer experience in spite of all the negatives!"

"I ordered an Epson WF-7515 from WAE+ because they were the only people selling this printer with two paper trays, I need one for A4 & another ready with A3. Order was easy, chose 10day free delivery because it was FREE. Printer arrived with only one tray. Called 'customer service' (that'sa joke) I was told I had to return the printer, I asked to speak to a manager, none available, asked for a manager to phone me - no phone call. Used their 'fast reaponce contact' - no reply.
IF WAE read this - YOU ARE A JOKE - but NOT funny.

I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A SHOWER BEFORE.

Oh, and I never got a UK power lead.

Why can I not give ZERO STARS?

"I should have read the reviews on this company prior to placing an order for a laser printer. I ordered on the 18th Sept knowing that free delivery meant waiting additional time, which was fine. My order was due between 3rd and 5th October. it never arrived, and there isnt even a tracking number. Customer services are useless, they cant give any information. Ive paid nearly £400, have no printer, and no idea when it will arrive."

"AVOID WAE+ ALTOGETHER. Their deals may be enticing, but spend that little bit extra with another, more trusted dealer. I wouldn't recommend WAE+ to anyone.

I ordered some memory for my new computer on the 23rd of August, and opted to spend a few pounds more for 1-3 day delivery. I phoned a few days after it was meant to arrive and was told it was out of stock (despite no notification of this when I placed my order), but should be delivered to me by the end of that week. By the 17th of September, my order still hadn't arrived and I decided to cancel the order. Now, 3 weeks to the day after cancelling my order, I still have not received a refund and keep getting the same dead-end responses from their customer service staff. They have a 30 day refund policy, but I feel that 3 weeks is more than enough time to refund an account; it certainly didn't take 3 weeks for the money to come out of my account, oddly enough. When I phoned today to speak with a member of management about my refund, they were conveniently "in a meeting" for an "unknown amount of time."

Good prices, but atrocious customer service. I wish I'd come here and read the reviews before ordering from them.

"I had ordered Adobe Lightroom 4 was given a 10 day delivery date when after 12 days i contacted the come they said their was a slight delay and it would take a further 3-4 working days i cancelled the order asked for a refund,my main concern was that after i had purchased this item with a card i hardly used, i was contacted by my card provider to say that someone has tried to use my card fraudulently by using my identity, this maybe a coinsidence however this is the very 1st time this has happend to me and just feels strange. I have contacted the company to get the refund on another card which i'm told can take up to 12 days? Also whilst giving my new card details the agent also asked for the CVV number which i questioned as you don't need to give this for refunds please be aware. I won't be using this company again. PLEASE ALSO NEVER use a company called 'Simply Electronics' they are even worse."

"Don't bother with this company, customer service is rubbish I get more joy talking to my dog they have no idea what they are doing and don't have a clue when you will get you order. I Ordered a tv It was due between 28/09/12 and 2/10/12 I have had to take time off work and I was assured it would arrive in this time frame it hasn't arrived, I contacted the company on the 1/10/12 to make sure it was going to arrive the following day and they said it would. After waiting in all day I contacted them and they said its been delivered to there warehouse by mistake and would be with me the following day, thats no good to me i'm not off tomorrow. it would have been nice for them to contact me to let me know!"

"Ordered a Wacom bamboo as it was clearly the cheapest I could find. Delivery time was 12 to 14 days, which seemed a long time, but it was free delivery, so thought I'd give them a go.

Got to the delivery date and it hadn't been despatched yet, which seemed a bit odd. I read some horrendous reviews of WAE+ so was expecting the worst, but it did arrive 4 days later. Product was exactly as advertised, and I'm really happy with it... But, they would be wise to rethink delivery times. I VERY nearly cancelled and went to PC World and pay 20 quid more. If the item isn't going to arrive on the date that it says, then just be honest, and display the actual date.

Amazon manage to deliver everything for free in under a week... And it would be great if they did the same. Can't moan too much, as the product is great, and it was nice and cheap! Would probably use these guys again.

"Whilst WAE+ have great prices unfortunately their Customer Service stinks. They have what they call a "FAST RESPONSE"
which takes about three days to answer. Also when you phone them there is a message advising that there are no agents available, but does not give you the option to "HOLD".

"Well I ordered my daughters birthday present from this company over 3weeks ago with special delivery within 2 days! After waiting 2weeks still not received I cancelled my order.. I have emailed, had numerous telephone calls and still no refund! I have contacted trading standards and was told they have until 30 days to issue me with a refund.. And If a refund is not issued within the specified time I can take them to court. Something I am gladly to do after the poor service I have received. If you do not won't to get completely ripped off DO NOT use this company. U have been WARNED UPDATE......still not received my refund coming up to the 30 days policy ? "

"Terrible service. Had read reviews and was skeptical but thought the positives might outweigh the negatives. Unfortunately i've experienced the negative.
Ordered an expensive item at £240 11th September, waited patiently for the 3 day delivery window and upon phoning on the friday to check the status i was told by the representative that there was an issue with the delivery due to changing to UPS couriers and would upgrade my item to express delivery and email me a tracking code.
Just phoned up today a few days later to find none of this was true, it wasnt in fact in stock at the warehouse and was told the only way to get it from a different supplier would be at an additional cost of £15! Despite asking on the first phone call if it was in stock i was assured it was. This leaves me feeling wholly distrusting of anything they now say at that point i decided it best to cancel my order and am once again assured that the full amount will be refunded however they will not specify how long this process will take so i'm still dubious. Thanks for the waste of 2 weeks WAE, thought i'd give you a fair chance despite the bad reviews and you end up burning me. Certainly wont be recommending to any friends. Completely unsatisfactory performance why not just be honest in the first place?

"Terrible! Took the money straight away and gave me a delivery date. Date passed so i had to contact them to find out what was going on. Told me out of stock, even though still showing in stock on their website. Waited another 2 weeks! Rang them and got the usual blurb that it would be with us shortly. Asked for a manager, not the child I first got, to ring me back with definite delivery details. No one rang me! No response to my irate email either. Had to ring again to cancel order, then the next day to chase up the refund! They told me it could take up to 2 weeks for my funds to be available!!! All phone calls at my expense. DO NOT USE WAE+ "

"I have been waiting for a month now for my order. Was in stock when I ordered. I am now told I will have to wait another month for the item to come back into stock and for the item to arrive! Phone help line has the worst customer service ever! Two girls I spoke to were very polite. However, the supervisor was incredibly un helpful and frankly just plain rude!
Do not use WAE+ they are a scam.
