"The refridgerator's compressor broke within the first 2months of using it. WDC was extremely difficult to deal with on this matter. It didn't help that the fridge's manufacturer was also very uninformative during the process as well. It took a threatening letter from my attorney to the WDC Corporate office to finally get them to take action for my broken fridge.... 3 WEEKS AFTER IT STOPPED WORKING. We lived without a fridge for 3weeks, WDC finally replaced with a new unit."
"Appliances delivered, but the guys did not turn water on to the washing machine and without any tools, I was unable to use the system for almost two weeks. It took almost two weeks to get Warehouse Discount Center to send someone out. Made me jump through hoops before they sent another crew out to troubleshoot. Very disappointed. Expected more considering the amount I spent. I knew what the problem was, but they would not listen to me."

"Yes we saw that sign hanging over head that they could not promise a delivery date, but my stove is still not here, holding up my counter top installation; the delivery date has now changed for the 5th time I believe. For those of you cooking on a small griddle on a card table with no sink and dishes in your pantry, you will want a better guarantee when your appliances will be in, so you don't have to keep pushing your quartz installers, your cabinet finishers, your floor guys, your painters off because of a stove, or a sink that "just hasn't arrived from the factory, we apologize". This is just not right. "
"Sale experience was fine. Just getting my dishwasher installed too too long!! According to the Plummer they never got a fax for the work order. Only in me calling 2-3 times did it scheduled almost 2 weeks after my purchase!"
