"I was sold damaged, undeliverable goods & told I was getting a "discount" because it was a floor sample - yet all Miele products are fair traded, i.e., they are all sold for the same price - no discount possible. So I was sold a damaged, later to find undeliverable appliance for the same price as a brand new one out of the box!
Then there was an attempt to charge me an additional $250 for delivery & $100 for removal of old appliance.
Deliveries were scheduled & cancelled or scheduled and portions of the order forgotten or not accounted for.
I have been a long time customer of Warehouse Discount, but no longer.
Your prices are good, but not great & your customer service is autrocious. If I could give a minus 1 star I would.
If you work for this company quit & work somewhere where people are pround of the service they provide."
