Then when we received our bill (delayed due to incorrect address) we were already overdue by one day. I went online immediately and payed more than the amount due but we still received a $35.00 late charge from Synchrony Bank."

"Our purchasing experiencing was great. We were shown all the products and transaction went off without a hitch. We purchased fridge, range, hood, and dishwasher back in Feb, to be delivered when our construction was done in July. We were told to call two weeks prior to being ready for our appliances to be delivered. we had a partial delivery on a scheduled date, but one of our items was held up an extra week causing our inspections and installations to be delayed, thus costing us additional money with contractor. many calls were made to disc warehouse center but nothing could be done. we were told we should have called sooner, even though we were originally told to call two weeks out. We were told that everything would be done on time. mixed feelings thus far. appliances have yet to be fully powered up and used so we shall see......"

They miss deliveries, ignore phone calls, and are generally malaise about every delivery as soon as they receive payment in full before delivery. Worst Possible company to deal with. "
