When it was delivered the delivery person charged me for take away fee even though I had already paid for that. I have yet to receive my other purchased item and have not received an update on delivery."

"I am very happy with my experience. The salesperson was great. Jacki Rose was pleasant and very willing to listen to what I wanted. I had taken a description of a GE fridge off the internet. She new immediately where that was on the floor and was happy to show me that fridge and also to compare it with others. The price was right. The installation was unbelievable. I even got a call 15 min before the movers arrived. I was very impressed. Then I came back and got a promotional package of kitchen stuff!! Wow. That was fabulous. I will definitely come back to shop for the other appliances I need for my new kitchen and I hope to work with Jacki again."
