When I called back a few days later to check on it (because they said they over nighted it and it was days later), I talked to my original sales person and she kept saying she couldn't help, I needed to talk to the manufacturer. I have purchased other appliances in the past and was happy but this last interaction was not what I'm looking for in a store."
