"Purchased 4 appliances there over the course of 2 weeks. I would rate the sales staff poorly as neither salesman paid much attention to order details and incorrectly wrote up both with incorrect phone number and delivery/installation instruction. The delivery/scheduling department is poorly run as they set up for weekend and late afternoon drop offs but only work 9-5 weekdays and leave the delivery crews and customers hanging and you can't contact them when things go poorly or want to find out when your appliances will be delivered."
