"I went prepared with a list of the appliances and model numbers numbers I wanted. I prepared a budget with average price per appliance. My salesperson was courteous and professional. He pointed out features in case I missed it in my search. The pricing was so good I was significantly under budget. Delivery was when they said it would be.

Before delivery I realized the microwave wouldn't fit and I was able to swap it out for one that would with no problem.

However the installer told my husband that the warming drawer was crooked and that it was normal!! When I arrived home I photographed it, I did not believe it was normal. The installer also told my husband that the same appliance on the showroom floor would look like the one he installed. When I went to pick up an item that Kareen had gotten for me I looked on the showroom and showed she and Oxana. It was obviously not the same. Oxana recommended the course of action. A GE representative came out and made an adjustment and it is fine now. Unfortunately in the our paperwork it states that the store should have been responsible in the first place. In the end we are satisfied with our purchase."
