"They told us there would be no fee for installation but when the installers came they said we had to pay for a microwave installation. This was never told to us and was not on the order sheet. There was also a 20$ Haul away fee that the installers told us. The rep at WDC said we did not have pay. Big deal. They also ordered our appliances and when they finally came in they were damaged and they had to order them again and wait even longer. This goes along with when we bought a GE refrig from WDC a few years ago and when we received it the freezer shelves did not fit right. WDC told us to talk to GE who sent the wrong shelves twice and got no help from WDC. We vowed we would not shop there again but we thought we would try again and we get more problems. We will never shop at their store again. No way!! They promise you things but don't come through or don't tell you the real information just to make a sale. Badly run and don't tell the whole truth. We will never shop there again and will tell others not to also. "
