"My fridge doors had scratches in both the fridge and freezer side near where the handles were so you could tell who ever installed the handles, scratched the doors. I tried for weeks to get some resolution to this problem even speaking with the manager of the store. They were wanting to give me a $100 credit at the store for my $8000.00 fridge that had scratches in the door. I insisted that someone come out and look but they never did. It was my sales man who looked up in the book to see if the door handles came preinstalled from the factory. Thank goodness they did because the factory rep came out and the doors are being replaced by them. If they would not have been, this company would have given me a $100 credit. Very poor customer service!"
