"Watch arrived a little slow. Was nice strap but buckle snapped after just catching gently on my clothing. Wrote to company and was offered a refund, new strap or metal buckle. Asked for a replacement (as I wasn't sure if I could replace the buckle or wanted a metal one which wouldn't match my watch). Waited nearly two weeks and finally wrote again asking for tracking number. Heard nothing for several days and wrote again. Got an apology, they had forgotten to send replacement and would send that day. I therefore asked for money back so I could try and get one from a shop as I'd been without watch for a month! They wrote back to say they'd shipped before seeing my email. So another two weeks without a strap :-( Hopefully it will arrive and this time the buckle will not snap!"
"Order shipped on 15th May. Sent to UK for some reason, but i'm living in another country in Europe. Now it is for almost a week waiting somewhere in UK to handover to GLS for local delivery. From experience of other guys, who has ever shipped something from UK, i could even take 3 months to get the shipment delivered.
Opened a claim with Paypal. My recommendation is to stay away of this shop."

"In search of a 21 mm strap for a watch, I went through many websites before finding one with a style I liked. Not only did I solve that problem, but they had a buckle I wasn't having much luck finding state-side either.
The shipping from Germany sounds worse than it was (about a week), although the USPS made me pick up the package at the local office myself. Euro currency-conversion didn't work out too badly either, due to the already reasonable prices."
