"This company is running a scam on client's money. I wanted to buy an Omega Ladymatic. I paid with my card on their site and they told me the watch will be shipped in a couple of days to the address in Florida i gave them. They called at the address the day they were supposed to deliver to say the watch was not available. I had to wait about two weeks to see my money back on the card.

I believe they use the money to gain interest while they know the beginning they cannot deliver. i was lucky though coz i saw a review from someone who has received a fake watch with no manufacturer's seals and regular packing.

be aware of the scam and never buy from these thugs. i would actually advise anyone to only buy from known retailers when it comes to expensive items. "

"So I bought a watch on watchmaxx. A $5,400 watch. A watch that retails for $10,000. 3 days in after receiving it, it stops keeping time. My watch winder holds 4 watches which all keep time perfectly so I know it’s not my winder. I contact watchmaxx and they give me the run around for an exchange. They have to “see if the watch I would like is in stock.” This goes on for about a week after several phone calls, same story. Now I’m fed up. I don’t want an exchange, I want my money back. I don’t want to wait 12 weeks like they’re telling me to send out to the watch maker and be examined. This is supposed to be a brand new watch which has never been worn. Finally i give up and agree to have them email me a return label so I can send it back to them for inspection. Of course another week goes by...”we’re trying to contact watch manufacturer for you to see if we can send it there for repair or exchange.” On that’s great but send me the return label! They’re trying to stall for the 30 day return policy. I researched further and found out i should have a certificate of authenticity from the watch maker in the watch box which I never received. Also, there should have been plastic around face and bezel from manufacturer to protect from scratches. NONE OF THIS CAME WITH MY WATCH. I gave them one last chance to make this right and send me a return label or I was going to post this. They IGNORED My last 2 emails. Now I sit here with either a refurbished, previously returned or display model watch that I can’t send in for repair or return. Any advice from anyone who went through something similar?"
